Rosenblatt Solicitors appoints Construction Partner

Rosenblatt Solicitors (“Rosenblatt”), the independent City-law firm, has today announced the appointment of Nik Haria as a Partner specialising in construction and projects.

Nik’s appointment is effective from 2 February 2015, and his role at Rosenblatt will be to deal with all areas of contentious and transactional matters with clients involved in all aspects of the construction process, from financing to delivery, as well as providing strategic dispute avoidance advice.

For several years, Nik has been recognised as a leader in his field by a number of legal directories, including ‘Legal 500’ and ‘Chambers UK’, where he was described as the “cornerstone of his construction practice” having a “client focused approach” and an ability to “get straight to the heart of the matter”.

Nik, who qualified in 1998, was previously Head of Construction at national law firm SGH Martineau LLP, a role he has held since December 2009. Prior to this, Nik was Head of Construction at Mundays LLP, which he joined in 2004.

Commenting on Nik Haria’s appointment, Ian Rosenblatt, Founder and Senior Partner at Rosenblatt Solicitors, said:

“Nik is a leading, committed and long-standing practitioner within the construction sector. This is another first-class appointment for the Firm that underlines our commitment to provide a robust and trusted service for clients within this field.”
