Cathedral increases its claims handling flexibility with Taylored FastTRAX Claims Service

Cathedral has selected Charles Taylor Insurance Services’ (CTIS) advanced Taylored FastTRAX Claims Service. FastTRAX will provide Cathedral with greater flexibility in the way they choose to handle lower value and/or lower complexity claims increasing efficiency and achieving faster claims settlement.

The Taylored FastTRAX Service is designed specifically to drive down cost and ensure that carriers can focus adjusters on complex and high-value claims, whilst having the comfort of knowing that its low value and/or complexity claims are being handled by CTIS’s experienced London-based claims team. FastTRAX works to a top-quartile standard across all classes of business and has the benefit of providing flexibility for the Carrier.
