Redleaf Summer Seminar

Mindfulness for Busy People

Redleaf Summer Seminar

This Summer, Redleaf has invited leading mindfulness coach, Paul Christelis, to show us how we can bring mindfulness into our working lives. Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention to your experience in the present moment.

For most people working in communications, there is no end to the constant barrage of incoming messages through all forms of media. Taking time to just sit and breathe seems impossible and yet a growing body of research shows  that by practising mindfulness we become better-equipped to handle life’s challenges.

You are warmly invited to join us for this seminar where Paul will talk us through what mindfulness is, guide us on a short practice and will give practical tips on how we can implement it in our everyday lives. The session has been designed with busy communications professionals in mind to give advice that really works.
